Will you meet with us before we decide?
A meeting takes place with both parties to ensure chemistry is there to make the planning and the event itself an enjoyable experience. DiJital Productions realizes you will visit with many vendors during your planning. Once the decision has been made we will meet again to discuss the detail of your event.

Is there a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required once you sign your contract. You may choose to pay the balance on day of your event, or in advance.

What form of payment do you accept?
In most cases payment is made by cash / cheque / money order, however we do accept most major Credit Cards.

Do you charge extra for set up?
Set up is already included in the price. We will be ready long before your first guests arrive. In rare occasions, if the venue has no elevator or nearby parking, or is located in an outdoor setting with no refuge from the weather, we may assess the site for additional setup charges.

Do you provide music during cocktails and dinner?
Absolutely! It is part of our service to provide an assortment of light music will be played at a comfortable level from the time your guests arrive until you are ready to dance.

What if we would like more than 8 hours?
After 8 hours, our fee is $95.00 per hour.

If I request less time, can I pay a lower fee?
No. Once we're booked for your event, we cannot be at another that day.

What if my event is outside Toronto?
We have a standard chart for kilometer charges and, if applicable, we ask for an overnight room for one DJ in close to the reception location.

Is DiJital Productions interactive?
If that's what you want, the answer is yes. Prior to the event this type of information is discussed with you to be sure that you are getting what YOU want. DiJital Productions can simply play the music or get interactive. You decide. Please be advised that we require interactive requests to be finalized 48 hours before your event.

Does the DJ choose the music?
In most cases yes. DiJital Productions knows what works and the songs that are "sure bets" to keep the dance floor full. Rest assured, DiJital Productions would have already discussed the songs you definitely want included in the play list (and some you don't want to hear, no matter who requests them). We bring our full list of songs to every event. It is our business to attempt to full your music request.

Do you provide a microphone for speeches?
Yes, a wireless mic is provided for your use.

Does DiJital Productions offer special effects?
We offer additional special effects for your event including Bubbles, Haze or Dry Ice. To add colour to the dance floor, we offer Semi Intelligent Lighting

How do I Book?
You will deal with Clive Buck through the booking process, or you can ask for a quote on our contact page. If you want to meet, we are available and have a variety of time slots to accommodate all schedules. When you decide to hire our service, we will send you a confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you provide 4 or more months notice, we will refund your full deposit, no questions asked. Less than 4 months notice, we will refund half the deposit.

Is my personal information private and secure?
DiJital Productions does NOT share ANY information received when you visit or place an order at www.DiJitalproductions.info.
